Infernal Vibrations

Hi everyone,
I am posting regarding the side mission "Infernal Vibrations" in the Savage Coast. It is necessary to complete Savage Coast and earn the scarecrow outfit, however the mission itself is currently absent. I have played this mission both in TSW and SWL beta, so I know where to look for it. Additionally I have completed all other missions in the zone, and all uncompleted missions are a different color, so it's even clearer to me that the mission is absent. A friend of mine has mentioned that he's seen people wearing the outfit, and presumably have completed the mission, so my question is this mission just temporarily missing, in order to be fixed? And when can I expect it to be back up and running so I don't have to keep checking?

the issue was raised in the live stream and they said it should be fixed on wednesday the 5th of july
